How safe is our wash?

With soft cloth and gentle soap, our wash process is incredibly safe for the paint and finish on most vehicles *.

Plus, our flat belt conveyor replaces the traditional metal tire guide eliminates the risk of wheel damage and allows us to safely wash lower profile vehicles, cars with performance tires and dually trucks.

* Please check before washing pre-1999 vehicles.

What damage is Washtopia NOT responsible for?

We love your car, but can’t be responsible for:

  • Modified or aftermarket accessories and parts including rims, roof racks, bug shields, etc.
  • Pre-existing damage and loose or rusted parts.
  • Windshield cracks or damage.
  • Kia antenna fins.
  • Damage / accidents caused by driver error or negligence (including in-tunnel collisions).

We will always do our best to inform you of any issues that we find with your vehicle prior to your going through the wash but may not always catch everything. Our car wash may be made of machines but we are only human.

Please note, any damage claims MUST be made prior to leaving Washtopia.

Do you clean the inside of the vehicle?

Washtopia offers “exterior-only” wash service. We do offer free vacuums with every wash and other great extras like free window cleaner, microfiber towels to help you keep the inside of your vehicle looking it’s best. We also have our Mat Clean-o-Matics that takes care of extra dirty mats with shampoo and vacuum for just $3.00.

What is the VIP Wash Club?

A VIP Wash Club membership allows you to wash your vehicle as often as you like all month long. Learn more about the packages we have available here.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for a VIP Wash Club membership at any of our locations by talking to a Crew Member.

How do I use my membership?

With the VIP RFID sticker in your windshield, just pull up to the VIP lane. Our system will recognize you and the gate will automatically rise.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged automatically once a month on your anniversary date.

Can I use my pass for more than one vehicle?

No. Only one vehicle per membership. We do offer a 10% discount on additional memberships billed to the same credit card.

How can I update my credit card?

You can manage your account online at any time or visit one of our locations and talk with a Crew Member to update your billing information.

How can I cancel my membership?

You are welcome to cancel online or with our crew members on site. Please allow 7 days for processing cancellations. Your membership remains active until the day before your next billing date and we cannot issue refunds for partial months.
