Program fee will be automatically charged to your credit card each month on the same date you signed up.

Cancellations must be received by email, phone, in person or online. To avoid being charged, please cancel at least 7 business days before your renewal date.

There are no refunds for partial months.

VIP Wash Club members must update Washtopia when billing or contact information changes.

In the event that Washtopia is unable to charge your credit card due to car expiration or change in information, you account will be deactivated. Reactivation will be at the current retail pricing.

It is your responsibility to provide and maintain a valid email address on file with Washtopia in order to receive any changes or updates to the terms and conditions for the VIP Wash Club.

VIP Wash Club registration tags remain the exclusive property of Washtopia and must be surrendered upon request. In the event that VIP Wash Club tag is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent with its terms and conditions, the program will be immediately voided and all monies will be forfeited.

Damaged VIP Wash Club registration tags may be replaced. A $3.00 fee applies per replacement tag.

The VIP Wash Club program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts.

Washtopia reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, or equipment failure.

Washtopia may increase monthly rates with notice posted at the site at least 15 days in advance.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

VIP Wash Club memberships are intended vehicle only. Fraud will result in immediate termination of the VIP Wash Club plan.

Limos, taxis and app-based transaction services (including, but not limited to Uber and Lyft) an other professional transportation vehicles are prohibited.
