Davidson County’s “Safer at Home” order was revised to explicitly close vacuum stations at all car washes through April 24th. As a result, our free vacuums at our Hermitage location are currently closed. We look forward to re-opening them as soon as we can.
You can read the full, updated, order here.
Mayor Cooper has issued a “safer at home” order for Davidson County effective Monday, March 23 with the exception of certain business classes including vehicle support and cleaning services.
Our Hermitage location will remain open during this period to help keep your vehicle surfaces clean.
We are committed to being proactive in protecting our Crew and Guests. In an effort to limit contact, we have coned off every other vacuum spot and will continue with increased sanitization procedures across the store.
Like everyone, we’re keeping a close eye on how the coronavirus situation is evolving. Our goal is to keep all of our Guests and our Crew safe and healthy. We’re following official state and local directives as well as broader CDC recommendations. We will act quickly to respond to changes and new facts as they become available.
We have already instituted the following new procedures:
- We are wiping down and disinfecting common areas used by Guests hourly, including the Pay Stations, bathroom fixtures and faucets, door handles, car care stations, vacuum nozzles, vending machines and mat cleaners.
- We are wiping down and disinfecting common areas and equipment used by our Crew on the same schedule.
- Our Crew are taking extra personal precautions including wearing gloves, washing hands frequently and utilizing hand sanitizer.
At this time, all our extra amenities (vacuums, towels, etc) continue to be available. Our cashier window is still open. We are still washing cars. And we are still available if you need help.
We will continue to update you as things change. Take care of yourself and each other.
